This Guarneri model violin made by WC Palmer in 1948. Palmer was known to work out of Idaho, but this violin may have been made in Oregon according to the previous owner. This violin features a one piece bird's eye maple back, and a medium grained spruce top. The Violin has a nice honey colored varnish with a touch of amber. Tonally this violin has a quick response and nice projection for its price.
