This violin, lovingly nicknamed the "tavern" violin, is a Strad labelled trade violin from over 100 years ago. It's a higher grade student instrument that is made with nice craftsmanship and has some really beautiful edge work, corners, and really well inlaid purfling with beautiful bee stingers. There are some signs of wear to the varnish as it has been well played, but it's in sound condition structurally and has a fantastic and loud sound especially for the price point.
