This Silver mounted Violin Bow stamped Oskar C Meinel is a very nice playing and loud violin bow with an octagonal stick. It is silver mounted and very well balanced. This bow was produced at the Roth shop in Markneukirchen, a shop known for producing some of the highest quality trade instruments and bows at that time. This bow is easy to play, pulls a huge sound and is really a beautiful bow for a professional or advanced player. It's on the lighter side, but doesn't necessarily feel that way as it's very well balanced.
