BODY: Dreadnought style guitar's larger body provides a bold, rich, tone with strong volume. The scale length is 25.5” and the nut and saddle are made of real bone for the highest quality sound and response. The solid rosewood bridge features a genuine compensated bone saddle for accurate intonation, and bridge pins with beautiful abalone inlay. Most guitars in this price category are constructed using only laminated woods for the body of the guitar, but the DN-6 is built with a solid cedar top that gives the instrument unmatched quality and richness of sound, and beautiful rosewood laminate back and sides. The DN-6’s body is fully bound both front and back.
NECK: The neck is fully bound as well, and displays inlaid side markers. The fretboard is made of solid rosewood with mother-of-pearl position markers. The model DN-6 Giuliani guitar is constructed with the highest quality 5-piece mahogany neck with dual ebony neck stringers and a dart volute for an exceptionally stable neck. The headstock is constructed with a scarf joint and one piece rosewood overlay for added strength and durability.
INTERIOR: The inside of the body is constructed with x-bracing to ensure a sturdy and responsive instrument, and notched kerfing to keep the body light.
SETUP: Every Giuliani guitar is professionally set up in Washington state. The DN-6 is set up with high-quality D'Addario XT steel strings, giving you enhanced break resistance, pitch stability, and long-lasting performance.
