This Ernst Heinrich Roth Bubenreuth violin was made in West Germany in 1972. It's in really fantastic condition both in terms of it's structural health and varnish. It has the original working geared pegs, to go with ebony fittings. It features a beautiful reddish varnish, and has a moderately flamed 2 piece back. The top is very even and tight spruce grain. This violin has a nice resonant sound and is a German made instrument at a reasonable price. It would be a great violin for an advancing player that wants something European.
Features:
- Resonant and even tone
- 2 piece flamed maple back
- Original geared pegs
