Within 45 days of receipt of your instrument, you may return it for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you would like to return your violin or viola within the 45 day return window, please give us a call at 1-800-779-0242 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will makes notes on your account to expect the instrument, and can often arrange for the purchase of a return shipping label at a price that is less than that of your local carriers. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of $30 for guitars or $24 for violins and violas, except in the event of a warranty claim. How do you process refunds?
In the event that a refund is necessary, we will refund the purchase amount to the provided billing address by check. Before shipping your return, please contact us by email or phone so we can expect your package.

Can I cancel or change my order once I've ordered it?
If you find it necessary to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can often make changes into the next business day after purchase.
All merchandise purchased from Kennedy Violins has a 45-day unconditional guarantee from the date of purchase except when noted below. Any defective merchandise purchased from Kennedy Violins is returnable up to one year from purchase date except when noted below.
Instruments & Bows
These items must be returned in "as new" condition. Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be charged. If you have received a damaged or defective instrument or bow, please contact us at 1-800-779-0242 between 8am - 6pm
You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless your product is defective or was shipped in error.
For return shipments where you are responsible for the shipping costs, you may ship your package back to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For your protection we recommend using a trackable and fully insured method as you are responsible for the package until it arrives safely back at Kennedy Violins.
